Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is an 8-week programme?

A complete training plan delivered as a PDF. You get your sessions week by week with sets, reps, rest and coaching cues. Buy it once and it is yours to repeat.

Which programme should I pick?

The Long Game is for half marathon and marathon runners. The Cut is for fat loss while keeping muscle. Built Lean is for gaining muscle while staying lean. Matchday Athlete is for footballers. Engine Room is for HYROX athletes. Buy all five and each plan costs instead of .

What is the difference between the PDF, the ready-to-go plan and coaching?

A PDF programme is a self-led plan you buy once. A ready-to-go plan is a plan written by Maor that you follow in the BridgeAthletic app, for a month with a minimum of months. Online coaching is fully individualised: a movement screening and testing session first, a programme written for you, one in-person session a month, an online check-in every two weeks and questions answered daily from 09:00 to 17:00. Coaching has a minimum of months.

Where are the in-person coaching sessions?

In London. The exact location and times are agreed with you when your application is accepted.

What happens after I sign up?

You complete the onboarding form so Maor knows your training history, injuries and goals. Coaching and ready-to-go plan clients are then invited to BridgeAthletic. PDF buyers receive their programme straight after payment.

Do I need gym access?

The Cut, Built Lean, Matchday Athlete and Engine Room use gym equipment. The Long Game needs access to running routes and basic strength equipment.

What level are the programmes for?

All levels. Each plan tells you exactly what to lift and how to progress, and you can adjust it for your training history and equipment.

What if I have an injury?

Programmes are general training guidance, not medical advice. If you have an injury or health condition, speak to a healthcare professional first. Coaching clients can tell Maor what they are working around and the plan is adapted.

What is the refund policy?

Every PDF programme comes with a -day money-back guarantee on PDF programmes. If it is not for you, contact Maor within that time for a full refund. See the terms.
